Dual Screw Diameter

Featuring 35 mm and 45 mm screws, it offers the flexibility to process a variety of raw materials, including barrier resins and Maddokke with groove feed for enhanced mixing and output.

Produce films with a maximum width of 750 – 900 mm, powered by a 7.5 hp main motor and a 15 hp drive motor. Its impressive output of up to 80 Kg/hr makes it perfect for meeting high-demand production needs.

Minimize energy consumption with a 45 KW total load and optimize processing temperatures with 10 individual heating zones. The water-cooled helical gearbox ensures smooth operation and long equipment life

Choose from a single-station or two-station winder with Nip in winder for precise and efficient film handling
